Amanda is a writer, editor and communications specialist living in Melbourne (Naarm), Australia.

She has a diverse background in journalism, research translation, media relations, media training and communications. Amanda has edited three popular anthologies and has worked with many national and international organisations in Melbourne and London.

She has diverse interests across many sectors - health, sustainability, the natural environment, the arts, workplace issues and social justice. Amanda is currently working for Moonee Valley City Council.

Amanda is also an emerging mosaic and mixed media artist with a passion for reclaiming pre-loved ceramics and found objects and creating art.
